Pega Lead Systems Architect

FedTec is seeking a Pega Lead Systems Architect (LSA) with strong hands-on experience designing and leading complex Pega applications. The ideal candidate is Pega LSA certified, brings 7 8+ years of Pega development experience, and demonstrates deep expertise in Pega architecture, BPM/BRE design, and PRPC guardrails. This role requires independent ownership of architectural decisions, scalability and reuse strategies, security integrations, and technical leadership to guide development teams delivering enterprise-grade Pega solutions.

Required Skills Technical Skills-

• PEGA LSA role and candidate should be a PEGA LSA certified
• Looking for minimum 7-8 years of experience with good hands on experience.
• Should have strong exposure on Design principle and suggest best approach for the Architecture decisions for a complex applications
• Should have an PEGA Development project experience and should be able to independently work
• Deep understanding on workflow design and development of Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engine (BRE) applications based on the defined PRPC Guardrails.
• Should have working knowledge on different areas of PRPC like Case Management, UI, Reports, Agents, Routing, Decision rules
• Understand the rules management and associated tools such as export & import tools, skimming and bulk processing tools
• Should be able to understand the scalability and reuse aspects of the application in development and can provide and evaluate enterprise class structure that is scalable and extensible
• Good understanding of PRPC security model, integrating PRPC with external managed security such as LDAP
• Provide technical expert services to the application development team along with Strong Database (RDBMS) skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills are very much required.
