PEGA CDH developer

FedTec is seeking an experienced Pega CDH Developer with strong expertise in Pega BPM, decisioning, and application architecture. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience building and integrating Pega decision strategies, developing reusable frameworks, and supporting end-to-end testing and production validation. Proven ability to mentor teams and optimize decisioning performance to drive engagement and customer outcomes is highly desired.

Required Skills Technical Skills-

• Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant Experience with Design and Architect Pega Platform/ Application Support the team of developers and do peer review/ unit tests
• Pega BPM Solution Development Business Rule Development in Pega, Pega UI Development PEGA BPM Process Modelling D
• Integrate Pega Decisioning with external data sources, APIs, and real-time event streams to support dynamic decisioning and contextual engagement
• Partner with QA teams to create test scenarios for decision strategies, treatments, and rule configurations; support UAT and production validation cycles
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and strategy templates to accelerate delivery and maintain consistency across programs
• Monitor and analyze operational decisioning performance, generating insights and recommendations to improve conversion, engagement, and customer experience.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members on Pega CDH best practices, architecture patterns, and decisioning capabilities .
