Job Summary

We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as Payroll Coordinator. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll.

Job Description

• Assist employees with payroll related inquiries which includes accuracy of payments, leave balance inquiries, forms, timekeeping system assistance etc.
• Customer service and timekeeping/payroll background is required.
• Other assignments as necessary.
• Advanced communication and computer skills required.

Skills Required

• 3 years of experience in timesheet preparation and reconciliation; payroll preparation; customer service with employees and relevant software skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Education/Training/Certifications

• Completed High School diploma / GED required.
• College graduate preferred. 

Additional Requirements

• Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate

• $31.00 per hour
