We’re currently seeking a compassionate Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care. This flexible, on-call role offers the opportunity to work outside traditional clinical settings while making a direct impact on patients’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care, including administering prescribed treatments and medications.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the clinical team.
• Educate patients and their families about home health care procedures and strategies.
• Assess patient conditions during each visit and document findings.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, physical therapists, and other care providers.

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN License in the state(s) where services will be provided.
• 2+ years of experience in home health care or hospice setting preferred.
• Ability to travel to patients' homes using your personal vehicle.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a criminal background check and maintain current CPR certification
