Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and personable PRN Concierge to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work opportunities while providing exceptional customer service. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients upon arrival.
• Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate reservations, transportation, and special arrangements as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a concierge role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle various requests simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment options is a plus.
• Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, including evenings and weekends.
