Part-Time Commercial Janitor - Mount Dora

Job Description

Our company is in on the look for a dependable, responsive and proactive cleaning professional to join our crew to provide morning service for a store in Mount Dora.

As our commercial cleaner, you'll provide the optimal standards with a list of routine activities such as sweeping, moping and disinfecting.

Details:

• Schedule: 7 days a week. Around 2 hours/Day (starting at 7am)
• Salary: $800 per month.
• Payment: $400 paid every 7th and 22nd of the month. (via direct deposit)
• 16900 US Highway 441, Mount Dora, FL 32757

Payment organization:

• Days worked between 1 and 15 paid every 22nd
• Days worked between the 16th and the last day of the month paid every 7th

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout assigned commercial properties.
• Handle cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
• Ensure restrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and restocked with necessary products.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and reorder items as needed in accordance with company protocols.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed and communicating regularly with team members and supervisory staff.
