As a Paid Media Strategist you'll be responsible for:

  • Lead our paid search program, own day-to-day campaign management, and deliver against quarterly targets for RoAS and/or gross profit
  • Define the strategy and testing cadence for a broad range of brand-new paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Determine the suite of tools, automation, and processes to improve operational efficiency and scale global paid search efforts.
  • Proactively work with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment on KPIs and approach to budget allocation, spending, and results management.
  • Use strong business acumen to help prioritize business objectives 
  • Monitor and analyze relevant data to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI, and continually make recommendations for optimization and growth.
  • Serve as an expert resource to other teams, and act as a key stakeholder in helping us build better ad creative, better landing pages and better conversion funnels.

What will make us choose you?

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in digital marketing in fast-paced digital environments.
  • Demonstrated experience driving building and scaling paid search campaigns across a portfolio of product offerings, which resulted in increased revenue or profitability.
  • Experience working in a conversion-oriented environment, e-commerce, lead generation, or similar.
  • Google Ads certification is highly preferred. Google Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Strong affinity for data and analytics, with the ability to decompose complex data sets into understandable levers to improve business performance.
  • A demonstrated willingness to experiment, fail fast, iterate, and succeed, with a track record of extracting concrete, actionable insights from test results.
  • Ability to work independently, and in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones.
  • A passion for travel and global cultures.
