The current role offers a unique opportunity to directly support our client's project delivery function in all aspects of Project Management where you will support their renewable energy projects varied in complexity from inception through to final close out.

How will you contribute to the team?
  • Provide daily coordination and administration to all project activities and objectives.
  • Provide guidance to the project team to accomplish the scope of work and achieve project goals.
  • Interface frequently with the client, contractor, and internal teams on work status to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies are met including documentation (registration, permits, certificates)
  • Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance on all project aspects.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and communications to keep all team members and project stakeholders up to date on the status of the project.
  • Complete all required internal project documentation including safety, quality and execution plans.
  • Liaise with onsite and offsite contractors during completion of work and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Verify accuracy of all work performed and ensure completion as per defined specifications.
  • Track all project technical documents submitted for review and acceptance through to completion.
  • Identify, track and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
  • Perform change management duties on the project where applicable.
  • Review for accuracy project schedules, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Support project completion requirements and closeout documentation.
What will you contribute?
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Construction or a related field, and 8 years of relevant experience in project management or related fields.
  • Experienced in all project management delivery phases from inception to close out.
  • Renewable energy or similar industry experience is preferred.
  • Certification with PMI or APM is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment.
  • Expertise in business processes, governance, project methodology with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven experience managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Positive attitude, proactive and detail-oriented with good analytical understanding.
  • Goal-oriented with strong work ethic and integrity
  • Must be articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and good decision-making abilities.
  • Must generally understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Cost Management systems.

Expected compensation range is between $150,000 - $200,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
