Job Description

More than 1 year experience in overseas Internet and pan-entertainment business;
Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Turkish, able to communicate with native speakers;
Experience of living and studying in Turkey is preferred;
Strong communication, execution and innovative thinking skills;
Good data analysis and processing ability. Job responsibilities:

Responsible for the localization operation of social products, build the local guild system, and expand the guild and anchor;
Flexibly adjust the user side and guild anchor side policies based on regional operation;
Responsible for the construction and management of local teams (bd, customer service, etc.);
Continuously promote regional scale improvement through user insight and data analysis;
