This hiring organization has available positions in Phoenix, Tucson, and Yuma. They are able to have a physician work 100% in Phoenix, split their time between Phoenix and Tucson, or float between all locations. All options are available for both full-time and part-time schedules, and there is flexibility on how much time is spent in each location, travel parameters, etc. when physicians are choosing to serve more than one office.
Please note that we are unable to offer full-time positions based solely in Tucson or Yuma at this time - those locations would require also working in Phoenix if full-time hours were desired.

This privately-owned organization employs more than 50 physicians across multiple specialties, along with a dedicated team of advanced practitioners, administrators, and clinical support staff. Their teams serve patients suffering from injuries, providing compassionate, high-quality care in convenient, comfortable settings. They are currently seeking new physicians to join them due to growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new surgeon will see patients in an established office and surgery center in Phoenix, Tucson, and/or Yuma (please see location notes above for details on site options). There is also an option for the surgeon to see patients in their own office, should they have an existing practice where they are seeking to add volume.
Typical duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- consult with patients to determine appropriate courses of treatment
- conduct full patient examinations
- order and interpret diagnostic tests
- obtain information on medical conditions to determine diagnosis
- provide consultation and comprehensive management of patients
- perform necessary surgical procedures in the treatment of injuries and related symptoms
- monitor patients’ conditions and progress
- reevaluate patients’ conditions and progress as necessary
The exact details of the position are negotiable and will be collaboratively decided between the practice and the physician.
The practice operates its own outpatient clinics, advanced imaging centers, and ambulatory surgery centers. In all settings, physicians are fully supported by dedicated clinical assistants and administrative staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Orthopedic Surgery
