The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) Workforce Development Division is recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. The Staff Services Manager I (Specialist) leads the Business Planning function (e.g., organizational development planning such as assessing needs and readiness, action planning and implementation, monitoring and evaluation) as part of the Statewide Organizational Development Program. Positions at CalHR may be eligible for partial telework based on the operational needs of the position.Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II (Managerial), the Staff Services Manager I (Specialist) leads the Business Planning function as part of the Statewide Organizational Development Program in the Workforce Development Division.
