Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker & Packer to join our fulfillment team. You will be responsible for accurately picking products from inventory and packing orders for shipment to our customers. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that plays a key part in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using packing slips or digital order systems
• Ensure all items are correct and in good condition before packing
• Pack products neatly and securely in appropriate shipping materials
• Label packages and prepare them for shipping
• Restock inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Report any inventory issues or order discrepancies to the warehouse manager
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed (e.g., receiving inventory, organizing shelves)

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or packing experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
• Strong sense of organization and cleanliness
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic English reading and communication skills

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:30PM
• Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
