Job Description

Job Title: Oracle Database Administrator

Location: Austin,TX (Hybrid - Texas local candidates ONLY)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Required Qualifications:

Experience in Oracle database design, analysis, and performance tuning
Experience in Oracle database structures, data analysis, and performance tuning
Experience designing enterprise applications and/or services
Experience creating technical and functional design documentation
Experience within software development life cycle using Agile methodology (e.g., Scrum)
Experience with multi-tier system/application development (e.g., SOA, Microservices, 3-Tier applications)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data warehouse applications and/or database reporting features
Jira experience
Oracle Certification

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and enhance Oracle database systems for enterprise-level applications
Analyze system requirements and ensure optimal database performance and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business and technical requirements
Develop technical and functional documentation for new and existing systems
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative software development
Build and maintain multi-tier application architecture including services and backend integration
Support data reporting and analytics initiatives using Oracle database features
Use Jira for task tracking and sprint management
Leverage Oracle best practices and certifications to improve system reliability and performance
