Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

• Manage MS Project schedules of resources, deliverable and tasks for assigned projects
• Conduct weekly project review meetings with project managers
• Record weekly project updates, impacts, risks and opportunities, escalating issues as needed
• Ensure project schedules are in sync with workforce and recruiting updates
• Update, prepare and present quarterly project financial and staffing data
• Create, maintain and distribute ad hoc project reports using MS Excel and Power BI
• Track information, workflows and deadlines effectively
• Navigate conflicting priorities through effective planning and time management
• Ask targeted questions, discern relevant information and document necessary details
• Proactively communicate work progress and status with the manager and team members
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel and Power BI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
