The operations analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing changes and new procedures based on the thorough review and analysis of our current policies, resources, operations, processes, and procedures. Operational Data Analyst Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Periodically review for process improvements within data processing infrastructure
• Establish KPIs to determine processing success at a user and service level
• Provide reporting for leadership related to data processing success, user processing success, and more, as requested
• Create and maintain data extraction methods related to paper document processing
• Provide troubleshooting guidance to team members
• Mentor team to maintain unified communication
• Keep team accountable for established deadlines
• Identify individual goals and expectations for team advancement and ensure performance requirements are met

Operational Data Analyst Manager Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years leadership role experience required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Technical problem-solving skills
• Understand of basic Data Science and Machine Learning concepts
• Python preferred
• SQL or other database query language preferred
• Experience troubleshooting in a live production environment preferred
• Experience with large datasets preferred
• Experience with version control (GIT, CVS)
• Strong understanding of development best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
