Are you passionate about real estate and eager to share your knowledge with others? We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an instructor for a New Hampshire pre-licensure course!

In this role, you'll teach live online real estate classes covering the New Hampshire pre-licensure curriculum. As a remote-first company, you'll have the flexibility to work from home or any quiet space with a stable internet connection.

Class Details:

Live, online classes
Weekday evenings and weekends
Each class lasts 1-3 hours

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a licensed New Hampshire real estate broker (state requirement)
Active New Hampshire real estate broker license
Reliable internet connection (minimum 25mbps down/5mbps up), webcam, and microphone
Quiet, professional workspace (e.g., home office or room with a blank wall)
Availability to teach a minimum of 4 hours per week, either weeknights or weekends
Ability to attend meetings and assist with curriculum updates and other duties as assigned
Background check clearance

Preferred (but not required):

Prior experience teaching online or in a classroom setting
Current New Hampshire real estate instructor approval, DREI designation, or equivalent
