Key Objectives
- Deliver outstanding customer service through online chat platforms.
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the growth and reputation of Stello Foods by ensuring a positive digital interaction experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via online chat with accuracy and empathy.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions clearly and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Stello Foods’ products, promotions, and policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.
- Adhere to company guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in online chat support, customer service, or related roles.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with chat software and basic computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Food & Beverages industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Fluency in English (US) with clear and friendly communication style.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
