ON-SITE HR/Recruiting Coordinator - Brighton, CO

W2 Ongoing Contract

We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Windsor, CO. This role involves managing a high volume of candidates in an industrial setting, supporting various recruitment activities including screenings, application assistance, interview coordination, and assisting in the offer process.

Responsibilities:
* Greet and guide candidates through the recruitment process
* Conduct quick screens and assist with online applications
* Troubleshoot application issues as needed
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
* Assist with offer letters and electronic signatures
* Create new requisitions for different departments
* Finishing onboarding documentation, scheduling start dates
* Monitoring retention by doing exit interviews, candidate experience interviews, etc.

Requirements:
* 1 year + of experience as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator doing onboarding.
* Experience in a high volume/fast-paced environment, detail-oriented.
* High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with SuccessFactors is a huge plus.

Salary: $22.00 to $27.00 an hour.
