Senior Tax Accountant - Tax Consulting / Federal Tax Services The candidate will be responsible for the compliance function on clients including preparation and technical review of corporate, partnership and personal income tax returns. Will identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities, prepare and review client tax calculations, manage client tax relationships and supervise and develop staff. Identify and assist with implementation of tax planning and tax savings strategies. Research and consult on complex tax matters. The candidate should have a B.S. in Accounting. Master's in Taxation or LL.M. is a plus. CPA or eligibility to sit for CPA required. Must have 2+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or public company corporate/public accounting blend. Consolidated C-Corp, ASC 740, ASC 740-10 experience required. Bank taxation experience is a plus. Partnership, S-Corp, Individual and/or multi-state experience a plus. Experience with tax technology a plus.
