Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that will contribute to the efficient operation of our office. Location: San Antonio, TX Job: Full time Pay: $16.50 - $24.00 per hour Responsibilities: * Perform general clerical duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries. * Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality. * Assist in data entry and record keeping, updating databases as necessary to ensure accuracy. * Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available for staff. * Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as directed by management. * Schedule appointments and meetings for staff, managing calendars effectively to avoid conflicts. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines. * Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-service-oriented attitude. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
