Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. As an Office Assistant, you will perform various tasks, including data entry, filing, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
· Maintain organized files and records
· Answer phone calls and respond to messages
· Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
· Perform administrative tasks as needed
· Work collaboratively with team members
Requirements:
· 0-1 year of experience in administration or related field
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with data entry software or similar tools
· Knowledge of administrative principles and practices
· Certification in administration or related field (e.g., CAP, MOS)
· Experience working in a team environment
