Job Description

We’re currently looking for an Adult Care Provider in Greensboro

A lovely woman on the North East Side of Greensboro is seeking occasional care on mornings when her daughter is unable to help her. Needs will take place during weekdays or weekends (Wednesday/Saturday/Sunday) from 8am until 10am. Schedule will be as-needed with no guaranteed hours and notice may be short when needs arise. A great candidate will be caring, engaging and reliable with the ability to care for an adult with limited mobility.

Schedule: As-needed - when needs arise, which could be on Wednesdays, Saturdays, or Sundays, care will be needed from 8am until 10am
Will typically need care up to 5 days per month
No guaranteed weekly hours
Start date: As soon as possible
Length of Position: Long term, minimum 6 months
Compensation: $24-$30 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

All aspects of care for an adult with limited mobility (meals, feeding, etc)
Meal prep, serving, assistance with feeding
Med administration
Incontinence care
Bathing

REQUIREMENTS:

Legally authorized to work in the US
2+ years of adult care experience
Must be eligible to work in the US
CPR certified or willing to become certified
High school diploma or equivalent
No smoking while working with the family/on the family's property
CNA certification a plus

Compensation: This position pays $24-$30 per hour and client is looking for as-needed care with no guaranteed hours.

Helpr is a care service platform that supports families in finding excellent full and part time primary and emergency (or backup) childcare providers, full and part time adult care providers/caregivers, and birth workers including doulas and Newborn Care Specialists.
