Job Description: *** Active TS/SCI Clearance Required *** Performs general maintenance and repair of equipment to buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and drywall/masonry work. Work involves a variety of the following duties: replacing light bulbs, using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings, repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets; painting structures and equipment; replacing damaged ceiling tiles/components, hanging doors and installing door locks, replacing broken window panes, replacing HVAC filters/belts, and performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery. Position requires the ability to assist other trades as necessary to include HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Make minor carpentry, mechanical and plumbing repairs. - Analyze, Plan, and Perform Preventive Maintenance of various systems. - Troubleshoot, repair, inspect and make modifications of premises and equipment - Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary. - Order and maintain parts as needed. - Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills. - Properly maintain and safeguard assets. - Maintain a high quality of service at all times. - Strong customer service skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Able to work well on a team. - Self-motivated and self-starter. - Follows all applicable safety rules and procedures. - Other duties as assigned. *** This position is located overseas. #Intel Job ID: 150304BR City: Washington, DC State: Washington DC Country: United States We are an equal opportunity employer.
