Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to customers through email and chat channels.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction.

- Competitive salary package ranging from 1,660 to 1,910 euro per month , depending on language proficiency and experience.
- Relocation support, including reimbursement for flight tickets after six months.

Requirements:
- Fluent in one of the specified languages (spoken and written).
- Very good command of English (C1 level).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
