Job Description

Join Stripes Logistics and support our operations as a Non-CDL 3/4 & 1 Ton LTL Owner Operator. We are a Houston-based trucking & logistics company seeking reliable and motivated individuals to handle less-than-truckload (LTL) deliveries using their own vehicles.

• Earnings : 75% of Gross Income.

• Access : We work closely with an independent broker affiliated with our investment group, providing operators with easier access to a consistent stream of loads and the potential for better rates.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Non-CDL acceptable).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Drug test and random drug test pool required.
• No DWI/DUI within the last 7 years.
• No criminal record within the last 5 years.
• No moving violations within the last 3 years.
• Own a 3/4 or 1-ton vehicle suitable for LTL deliveries, with a back seat that can be set up as a sleeper berth.
• Own or lease trailer suitable for hauling cargo. 

Responsibilities:

As a Non-CDL 3/4 & 1 Ton LTL Owner Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Handling LTL deliveries with your own vehicle.
• Ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
• Adhering to all safety protocols.
• Maintaining excellent communication with our logistics team.
• Managing your own schedule to maximize earnings and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate within FMCSA & DOT Driving Guidelines.

This is a 1099 contract position with significant earning potential for those willing to put in the work. Your dedication and reliability will be key to achieving success in this role.
