Job Summary:

Seeking highly outgoing and energized individuals to join our team. A Night Auditor's responsibilities include the following: Answering phones, assisting with arrivals and departures, making reservations, helping with guest requests, breakfast preparation.

Hotel experience is preferred but not required.

The Night Auditor position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Maintaining guest service standards at the front desk at all times.
• Following cash handling procedures as outlined by management.
• Collecting payment at check-out in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Performing all end of day front desk and night audit functions, including reviewing cashier audits for accuracy and balancing credit card postings within the PMS system.
• Preparing all computer systems for the following day.
• Contacting management in emergency situations.
• Maintain the safety and security of the property and its guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
