Schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday. 3 longer days, and 2 half days. 40 hours per week.
Flexibility for occasional weekends, and travel as outlined below.
This is a live-out position, but the family is open to candidates who live-in during their work week and go home for their days off – in this case, private room with ensuite, and groceries provided.

International and domestic travel
The family typically travels to the UK & Europe 2 – 4 times per year, for approximately 2 – 4 weeks each trip.
They will also travel to California for 1 – 2 weeks at a time, twice per year.
Other trips may include things like long weekends in New York or the Bahamas, domestic ski trips, etc.

Wonderful family in South Miami area looking for a warm, caring, kind full time Nanny to care for their 13month old daughter. Mom works from home 2 days per week, and Dad works hybrid, so must be comfortable with hands on parents, and able to step in/ step out when appropriate.
The primary focus of this role is providing warm, attentive, engaging and educational childcare to the child, with additional child related duties including (but not limited to):
- Child’s laundry
- Cleaning/ organization children’s bedrooms and play areas, including rotating and sanitizing toys
- Closet organization (including seasonal sorting, filtering clothes outgrown etc.)
- Inventory and organization of children’s items
- Meal and snack preparation
- Driving the child to activities and outings
The perfect candidate for this role has 8+ years private Nanny experience with newborns though toddlers, demonstrated longevity, and a long-term outlook for this role. Experience caring for multiple children is required as the family hope to welcome another child in the future. A purposeful and educational approach to fun activities will excel, and a Montessori background is highly favorable.
A background in early childhood education is a bonus, as is speaking another language though excellent English is paramount.
The family has a full-time housekeeper for upkeep of the home.
There are two medium sized dogs (Shiba Inu’s) who are part of the family and will be in the space.
Compensation: $38 - $45+ per hour BOE, please submit requirements
Monthly health insurance stipend, 10 days PTO and 3 sick days.
Federal holidays are off unless traveling – if traveling they are worked and given 1 extra day PTO.
