About the Role:

As a Multi-Unit District Manager at Burger King, you will play a key role in building productive customer relations and increasing sales. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring they run smoothly and meet projected revenues. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior management to drive growth, improve customer experience, and maintain profit margins. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and business development knowledge to make a significant impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area's branches, maintaining strong communication and interaction with management
• Oversee operational practices to ensure each branch runs smoothly and meets revenue targets
• Collaborate with senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive overall growth
• Ensure each branch delivers value and excellence to clients
• Build and lead a strong team of branch managers, maintaining profit margins and implementing business plans
• Execute projects profitably and in compliance with standardized business practices
• Stay updated with competition by applying innovative approaches and techniques

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of restaurant operations or multi-unit QSR/Fast Casual management experience
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week
• Working knowledge of profit and loss statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PP)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
