Rate: $90,000-100,000 DOE

Summary: Our client within the Energy, Oil & Gas industry is searching for a Motion Graphics Designer . This individual would possess a strong background in visual media design coupled with the agility to grow within the role. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, and willing to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. This design position contributes to a diverse portfolio of projects, including creating compelling motion graphics for short-form social media, graphic design for digital and print materials, and high impact presentations. This role is not just about the motion graphics and visual media design elements, it’s about bringing strategic and creative vision to life while ensuring every design aligns with the company’s brand standards and goals.

Duties:

• Develop and execute designs for digital and print, including start-to-finish video storyboarding, motion graphic design and graphic design, while adhering to brand guidelines and meeting deadlines.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and templates utilizing Slide Master, that are aligned with brand standards and corporate messaging.
• Manage and organize digital assets and metadata within DAM digital asset management system.
• Collaborate with contract vendors and designers to coordinate projects and obtain print quotes.
• Prepare final rendering files for digital and print production.
• Lead tutorials on PowerPoint and the digital asset management system for internal teams.

Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; US Citizen, US resident or Green card holder.
• Must have 5 years of motion graphic design experience creating motion graphic templates from scratch in Adobe After Effects.
• Must have an online portfolio showcasing 2D vector-based motion graphic designs, high-impact digital and print designs, and presentation designs.
• Leverage advanced proficiency working in both motion graphic and Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Proficient in designing editable graphics and branded templates in PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of CMYK/RGB color processes and appropriate use-cases for various file types.
• Proficiency in video editing, photo retouching, and color correction.
• Experience with digital asset management systems, and content management systems Total Rewards Communication Software.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
