We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team! In this role, you will assist homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors in securing the best mortgage financing options. You will guide borrowers through the entire loan process, from application to closing, while providing expert advice on loan products and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist prospective and current homeowners, as well as real estate investors, in securing mortgage financing.
Review, analyze, and evaluate loan applications to ensure borrowers receive the most suitable loan options.
Conduct underwriting assessments and guide borrowers through the loan origination process.
Provide expert advice on various mortgage loan products and help clients make informed decisions.
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards throughout the loan process.
Utilize our technology and tools to streamline the loan process and ensure a smooth experience for clients.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of underwriting processes and mortgage lending standards.
Experience in loan origination and assessing mortgage applications.
Knowledge of different loan products and financial concepts.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Must have or be eligible for an MLO State License in Florida and/or Ohio.
