Are you passionate about helping people achieve their homeownership goals? We're looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team! In this role, you'll assist prospective homebuyers, current homeowners, and real estate investors in securing the best mortgage financing options available. You'll guide borrowers through the entire loan process, provide expert advice on loan products, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

What You'll Do:
Assist borrowers in navigating the mortgage loan process from application to closing.
Analyze and evaluate loan applications to determine eligibility.
Conduct underwriting assessments and ensure compliance with lending guidelines.
Educate clients on loan options to help them make informed decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other key partners.
Stay up to date on mortgage industry trends and regulations.

What We're Looking For:
Experience in mortgage lending and loan origination.
Strong knowledge of underwriting processes and loan products.
Ability to assess and analyze loan applications with accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must have or be eligible for an MLO State License in Florida and/or Ohio.
