Responsibilities: • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision Qualifications: • Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration • Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required • Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred • Must have active NMLS and reside in either California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Idaho, Texas, Florida, or Michigan • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending preferred About Company: Our business model that puts the customers first, Oceans Mortgage & Realty has seen significant expansion in the last few years.
