What You’ll Receive: • Thousands of fresh, qualified leads daily • Dedicated in-house processing team • Custom-built CRM to manage and track your pipeline • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) • Referral program • Upside commissions with bonus incentives Office Amenities: • Onsite, Free 24/7 Access Gym • Starbucks • Full Café • Local Restaurants Responsibilities: • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to • Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business Qualifications: • Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies • Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required • Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office • NMLS is preferred • Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/adjustable, etc. • Experience with Salesforce and Arrive is a plus About Company: We are a group of mortgage experts who specialize in making the home loan experience a memorable one for our valued clients!
