We're seeking a dedicated Loan Officer/Processor to join our team! In this exciting role, you'll help veterans and their families achieve their homeownership dreams.

What you'll do:

Connect with clients: Speak with new VA applicants and gather their financial information.
Evaluate applications: Assess creditworthiness and determine eligibility for VA loans.
Process loans: Submit loan applications for underwriting and ensure a smooth closing process.
Provide exceptional service: Educate clients on loan terms and answer their questions.
What you'll need:

Military service: Experience with the VA loan process is a must.
Mortgage processing experience: Previous experience as a Loan Processor is preferred.
Strong understanding of VA loans: Familiarity with WebLGY, Lender Handbook, AUS, etc.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients.
Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Technical skills: Experience with mortgage loan origination systems (Calyx, Encompass, LendingQB, etc.).
