Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their unique mortgage needs, and offering personalized advice.
Loan Product Expertise: Clearly explain mortgage loan options, terms, and conditions, ensuring clients are well-informed about their choices.
Guided Application Process: Assist clients through every stage of the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Market Insight: Stay updated on market trends and provide clients with valuable insights to help them make informed decisions.
Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with other teams to ensure a seamless process from application to closing.
Accurate Documentation: Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timeframes.

What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales or the mortgage industry, with a proven track record of success.
Licensing: Must hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator license in Florida, Georgia, and/or Texas.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Customer Service: A genuine passion for helping clients and providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while achieving performance goals.
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset and the ability to offer innovative solutions to complex client needs.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using loan origination and CRM software to manage client interactions and track progress.
