Join our dynamic team as a Mortgage Loan Officer! In this pivotal role, you'll report directly to the Mortgage Sales Manager, working primarily from home with the flexibility to visit our offices or meet clients as needed. We welcome candidates from the Los Angeles area and surrounding counties.

Primary Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to provide tailored residential mortgage solutions.
Proactively convert sales leads into applications, both inbound and outbound.
Assess potential clients' financial needs and recommend suitable product and rate combinations.
Meet monthly sales performance goals with a focus on success.
Essential Functions:

Originate, negotiate, and secure residential mortgage loans while providing exceptional counseling to applicants.
Collect necessary information and documents from applicants and relevant parties.
Monitor the status of loan applications and keep clients informed throughout the process.
Coordinate loan processing and closing efforts with our team.
Address inquiries from applicants and assist in resolving any related disputes.
Share information about our loan products and services with real estate professionals.
Attend meetings and presentations to enhance your knowledge and network.
Prepare reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness in loan files.
Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.
Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan management and negotiation in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with loan processing guidelines, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA.
Solid knowledge of standard loan practices and real estate terms.
Strong understanding of the mortgage market.
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Must reside in California.
Compensation:

$52,000 to $200,000 per year, with commission opportunities.
