What You'll Be Doing:
Connect with Clients: Prospect for residential mortgage solutions and convert inbound and outbound leads into applications.
Find the Perfect Fit: Identify clients' financial needs and recommend optimal product/rate program combinations.
Guide Clients Through the Process: Solicit, originate, negotiate, secure, and process residential mortgage loans.
Provide Expert Advice: Counsel and advise loan applicants, collecting necessary information and documents.
Ensure Smooth Closings: Monitor loan application status and coordinate closings with company personnel.
Build Relationships: Distribute information about loan products and services to real estate professionals.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Answer questions from consumers and real estate professionals.
Stay Organized: Prepare reports and ensure accurate loan file documentation.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience managing and negotiating loans in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with loan processing guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA).
Solid knowledge of standard loan practices, documents, and real estate terms.
Strong understanding of the mortgage market.
Proficiency in Spanish (preferred).
Must be based in California.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
