Job Summary

Diligent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O, financial modules, supply chain management, and integration with other business applications. This individual will play a key role in delivering end-to-end ERP solutions to meet business requirements while ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.

· Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing modules.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 F&O to meet evolving business needs.

· Integrate Dynamics 365 F&O with other enterprise systems, including CRM, BI, and third-party applications.

· Conduct data migration, validation, and ensure system integrity.

· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and system procedures.

· Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and best practices.

· Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while ensuring high availability and performance.

· Stay up to date with Microsoft updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·10+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

· Expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Retail modules.

· Strong understanding of ERP implementations, system integrations, and data migration.

· Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure integrations.

· Hands-on experience with X++ development, customization, and extension frameworks.

· Knowledge of LCS (Lifecycle Services), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience working in manufacturing, retail, or finance industries.

· Knowledge of AI and automation capabilities within D365 F&O.

· Hands-on experience with ISV solutions and third-party integrations.

· Ability to lead and deliver full-cycle ERP implementations.
