As a MedSurg Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional direct and indirect patient care in the Medical-Surgical setting. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive physical and mental assessments, performing laboratory tests, developing and implementing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic treatments. You will work with a diverse range of disorders, including cognitive, emotional, developmental, social, and behavioral, and be adept at crisis intervention. Communication is key, as you will collaborate with physicians, Nurse Managers, and co-workers to address changes in patients' clinical conditions, and diagnostic results.
