Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionist to join our team! In this role, you will interpret and accurately transcribe dictations from physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring timely delivery that meets our high standards. You will utilize electronic records software to facilitate your work. This is a remote position, so you'll need to provide a suitable workspace that aligns with our safety and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and transcribe medical dictations with accuracy and efficiency.
Utilize electronic records software to maintain organized documentation.
Meet assigned production schedules while adhering to established quality standards.
Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of successful experience as a Medical Transcriptionist in a clinical setting.
Proficient in computer and word processing skills, with a solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and editing.
Strong organizational and self-management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with current medical transcription guidelines and practices.
Adequate hearing and vision acuity to ensure accurate and timely work.
Ability to provide a safe and confidential remote work environment that meets our standards for electronic records storage and transmission.
Preferred Qualifications:

Medical Transcription certification from an accredited institution or a recognized professional certification organization.
At least 1 year of experience in an oncology and/or radiation medical environment.
Proficiency with Mosaic EMR and Winscribe Speech Recognition Technology software.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 16.00 21.00 Per Hour
