Jesica.ai is looking for a highly organized and motivated Medical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction. As the Medical Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the office and provide leadership to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the medical office, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and office workflows.
• Implement and uphold office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Monitor and manage billing processes and financial reporting.
• Oversee staff performance, providing training and support as needed to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive experience and resolution of issues.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to support efficient practice operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office management role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and patient interaction.
• Proficient in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
