Description

Are you passionate about media and looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of digital and traditional campaigns? We are seeking a dynamic Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Media, Account Leadership, Creative, and other internal teams to plan and execute client campaigns, handle tagging and trafficking, and monitor campaign results. You'll play a key role in optimizing performance and presenting insights based on regular reports.

Key Responsibilities

Media Planning and Strategy: Research and develop comprehensive media plans in collaboration with the Head of Media.
Presentation and Coordination: Present media plans internally and to clients, obtain specifications, and coordinate with media vendors on delivery timelines. Serve as the primary contact for all media vendors.
Creative Traffic Management: Traffic all final creative assets to vendors ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Reporting and Analysis: Manage client media reporting documents and dashboards. Analyze campaign performance and make optimization recommendations.
Digital Media Management: Oversee digital media campaigns to ensure they meet client goals and stay within budget.
Agency Education: Assist in educating the agency on best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in digital media.
Vendor Research: Conduct research on digital media and analytics vendors to stay ahead of industry trends.
Billing Management: Collaborate with Account Leadership and internal operations and finance teams to manage all media-related client billing, fees, and commissions.

Position Details

Type: Full-time
Hours: This position regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Experience with Keynote (preferred but not required)
2-3 years of relevant experience (agency or media experience preferred)
Familiarity with media and agency software (Advantage, eTelmar, Strata, etc.) is a plus
Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords certification (preferred but not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Entrepreneurial mindset
