With a diverse community of students and teachers from over 60 countries, it fosters academic excellence, critical thinking, and personal growth in a globally minded learning environment.Job responsibilitiesTeach mathematics courses following the IB PYP framework, while creating an engaging and enriching learning experience for students.Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environmentsJob requirementsBachelor degree or above in the related subjectTeaching certificateTwo or more years teaching experience in the subject in higher educationExcellent communications skillsGood understanding of teaching in IB contextSalary and benefitsMonthly salary of 33,000 to 36,000 RMB after tax commensurate with experience and qualificationsFully paid summer and winter holidayPublic holidayMedical insuranceFlight allowance is above 12,000 RMBFree medical checkFree tuition for dependent childrenLunch provided on working daysOverseas relocation allowance of 3,000 RMB
