The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:
- 5 or more years of marketing experience
- Education and/or Healthcare experience, with parents and caregivers as the target audience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: skilled proofreader and copyeditor
- Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, Wordpress, and other marketing tools
- Social media platforms and marketing automation experience
- Familiar with SEOs and CRMs

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Marketing Strategist to lead the marketing efforts for our specialized psycho-educational evaluation private practice. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of parents seeking evaluation services for their children. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in the mental health or educational services sector, who can effectively communicate our services, build strong relationships with the community, and drive growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our psycho-educational evaluation services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Set marketing goals and track performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Create engaging and informative content tailored to parents, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and educational materials.
- Manage the practice’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and regularly updated with relevant information.
- Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) targeting parents seeking evaluation services.
- Utilize email marketing to nurture leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Leverage social media platforms to build community, share success stories, and engage with parents.
- Community Outreach & Networking:
- Establish and maintain relationships with schools, pediatricians, counselors, and other referral sources.
- Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and seminars to raise awareness about psycho-educational evaluations.
- Represent the practice at local fairs, conferences, and parent groups.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and maintain a positive and trustworthy image of the practice in the community.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing Certification) is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the educational services, mental health, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for parents.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, email marketing platforms).
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
