For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Working with SMM direction. Participate in launching and maintaining advertising campaigns;

• Working with the retargeting division, on preparation of materials and reactivations;

• Conducting market research (market monitoring and analysing competitors, traffic sources and technologies);

• Participating in the development and modification of the company's communication messages;

• Preparation of reporting and working documentation;

• Developing the creation of compelling and engaging content, together with the content team;

• Working on new product launches at all stages, supporting the launch of the project - setting and controlling tasks;

• Setting technical tasks for designers and copywriters - participation in the preparation of TOR, and control of tasks;

• Setting tasks with requirements for the company's product based on experience with online casinos;

• Joint work and control of the customer support department;

• Participation in the development and implementation of all tasks to promote the product and attract and retain customers;

• Analysing and segmenting the customer database;

• Participation in the process of development of the company's partner network website. Working with review sites.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in Gambling from 1 year, and minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. 

• Strong knowledge of the digital media mix: PPC, SEO, SEM, ORM, blogger marketing, email marketing, content management.

• Ability to independently identify weaknesses on a project and align your tasks based on work priorities; 

• Experience coordinating multiple internal company functions to achieve strategic business objectives;

• Experience with retention, understanding of user funnels and retention tools;

• Experience working with SMM to develop networks and drive traffic to the site;

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools;

• Sense of trends, creativity, proactivity;

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic industry;

• Ability to work with large amounts of data and draw conclusions from it;

• Proficient level of English (both written and verbal), Ua/Ru - native/fluent level.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Tier 1 markets ;

• Established base of contacts with opinion leaders, bloggers, etc.;

• Experience with retargeting.
