Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Duties:

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the product management team to ensure marketing materials accurately represent product features and benefits.
• Manage ecommerce initiatives including website updates and online promotions.
• Utilize HTML for basic website edits and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Support budgeting processes by tracking expenses related to marketing activities.
• Implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Contribute to performance marketing efforts by analyzing data and suggesting improvements.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fastpaced agency environment
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot Marketo)
• Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools
• Strong understanding of product management principles.
• Experience in ecommerce platforms and strategies.
• Basic knowledge of HTML for web content management.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes related to marketing initiatives.
• Excellent research skills to gather insights on market trends and consumer behavior.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Knowledge of performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
• Understanding of SEO best practices for improved search engine rankings.
