We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and help us deliver compelling marketing strategies that drive our brand’s growth.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing department in various tasks aimed at increasing brand awareness, promoting products/services, and driving customer engagement. You will play an integral role in assisting with campaigns, managing digital content, analysing data, and performing administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social media).
• Conduct market research and analyse customer trends to help shape strategies.
• Support content creation, including writing blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Help manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of marketing materials.
• Assist in organising events, webinars, and promotions.
• Maintain and update the company’s website and social media profiles.
• Perform administrative duties, including managing schedules, meeting notes, and project timelines.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (internships or entry-level experience acceptable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Strong communication, writing, and organisational skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
