Applicants must reside in or be within commuting distance of our office in Weston, FL to be considered for this position. We’re hiring for a dynamic marketing and growth coordinator to assist our agents. You will assist the Agent Success Manager with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. You will also assist the Productivity Coach with content and monthly growth reporting. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. This position will provide you with real-life work experiences to apply toward your degree in Business and/or Marketing. • Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
• Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
• Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
• Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
• Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant

Qualifications:

• Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
• Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
• 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment
