What We Offer: ~Industry-Competitive Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience and certs ~$500 Sign-On Bonus: Paid in full after 90 days of successful employment ~Quarterly Maintenance Bonus Potential: Up to $3,000 annually ~On-Call Compensation: $100 per week, whether you’re called in or not ~Health Benefits: Medical coverage starting at $45/month ~Vision, Dental, Life, and Disability Insurance ~Paid Holidays & Generous Paid Time Off: ~80 hours in your first year ~120 hours after 2–4 years ~160 hours after 5+ years ~20% Off Rent at any Monarch-owned community ~401(k) Plan with Pre-Tax Contributions and Company Match ~Tuition Reimbursement & Paid Additional Training ~Tool Reimbursement & Power Tool Battery Exchange Programs ~Annual Performance Reviews with potential raises up to 5% ~Exclusive Discounts with partners like Verizon, Expedia, and Office Depot Sugar Pines Apartments 11011 Sugar Pines Ct Florissant, MO 63033 636-238-4835 www.sugarpinesapts.com Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: ~Complete work orders efficiently and according to priority ~Turn apartments between resident occupancy (Make Ready) ~Paint and stain interiors and exteriors as needed ~Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs ~Maintain property grounds and complete preventative maintenance ~Keep maintenance areas clean and organized ~Share 24/7 emergency coverage duties with other team members What You Bring to the Team: ~At least 1 year of maintenance experience ~HVAC Certification preferred ~EPA and CPO Certifications strongly preferred ~Experience with drywall, painting, and carpentry ~Knowledge of plumbing, including sweating copper pipes ~Working knowledge of electrical systems, outlets, switches, and light fixtures ~Ability to diagnose and repair appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals ~Familiarity with both electric and gas water heaters Ready to Join the Monarch Family?
