As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will harness your extensive experience in machine learning and data science to drive innovation and performance at Constellation. Your role involves exploring complex datasets, developing sophisticated ML models, and making critical architectural decisions. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring team members, guiding project directions, and enhancing our platform's functionality and quality. Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with product teams and data specialists to architect and build advanced generative AI systems. Lead the setup and management of infrastructure for diverse OSS AI models. Design, implement, and maintain robust ETL processes. Innovate and recommend solutions to enhance our technology portfolio. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables efficiently. Maintain and manage code within a Git repository. Mentor and guide the Data Team, promoting professional growth and technical excellence. Job Requirements: 7+ years of professional experience in development or data science/ML roles, utilizing frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. Proficient in ML platforms such as Dataiku, Sagemaker, MLFlow. Broad knowledge of various NLP techniques including but not limited to Embeddings, Encoders, NER, Topic Modeling, etc Expertise in Python and SQL, with the ability to handle large datasets and complex data models. Experience with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, Batch, and SageMaker. Demonstrated ability in deep learning, particularly in fine tuning LLMs and working with RAG. Familiarity with graph databases like Neo4j and understanding of network effects. Excellent technical documentation and communication skills. Experience or a strong interest in compliance and regulatory frameworks within AI applications is highly desirable.
